Concept Development
A swampy Aztec/Mayan inspired village centered around a Witch Doctor Hut
Bald cypress tree foliage and tall swamp grass
Witch doctor hut will be the hero asset
Smaller huts will surround the witch doctor hut.
Swamp water will be experimented with throughout the project to decide the best way to approach it.

MOODBOARD
The overall vibe we are wanting to create is eerie and murky, which we plan to achieve with a lot of green lighting and some atmospheric effects to emphasize the swampy and almost toxic qualities.

HUT REFERENCES
For the huts overall, we're wanting the to look like they were made of wood, straw, leaves, and other objects that could be found in the natural environment. While the Witch Doctor's hut will be placed in a tree, we liked the idea of the village huts being built on stilts over the swampy water.
